All items ordered through our online shop can be collected from our store in Bury St. Edmunds, free-of-charge. Please allow 1-2 working days to allows our team to pick and process your order; doing so will provide a quick ad easy collections.
If you require your order urgently, please contact us and we will confirm if this is possible.
When collecting your order, visit the Trade counter (located in the main shop). Please ensure you show a copy of your order confirmation and a form of I.D. (driving license, passport, credit or debit card or work photo I.D.).

We are pleased to offer free-of-charge local delivery services using our own dedicated fleet of vehicles for customers located within a 15-mile radius of our Bury St. Edmunds branch. This convenient service ensures reliable and timely delivery, direct to your doorstep or job site.
