These products allow the introduction of a cavity tie into a situation where no ties are present, or the ties present have failed or corroded.

The “wavey” end of the tie is bonded usually by resin anchor into a 10mm diameter hole, in existing masonry, the triangle end being built into either new or existing masonry.
